Trusty Pet Pals is a Galway city based business, set up by Oonagh O’Brien. Oonagh is a certified accounting Technician with a passion for all animals. Growing up, her family home always had pets. And with parents who share her passion for animals, no stray animal was ever turned away from their door.

Oonagh has volunteered for the GSPCA at their Heathlawn sanctuary. She has also travelled as far as Namibia in Africa to volunteer with wildlife at Harnas Wildlife Foundation.

The dog walking service is for anyone to avail of. Whether you’re going away on holidays, have a busy work schedule or you just need some assistance in exercising your dog, this service is great for both pet and owner.

The pet sitting service is an in home service. Although kennels and catteries are a great service when required, the thought of their pet being panicked in unfamiliar surroundings can cause extra stress to some owners when away. This service provides them with the peace of mind that their pet is happy in the comfort of their own home, sleeping in their own bed, and that someone caring will be visiting them to cater to their every need. Your pet will be happy and relaxed when you return home. It also provides the owner with the security that someone will be calling to check on their home when they are away. This service also includes opening and closing curtains, switching on and off lights, and bringing in bins, mail and newspapers. Anything that will help to make your home look occupied while you’re away.
